Both artist beats are very similar and I feel they have the same target audience.
The colours used here I feel give off a very mysterious and dark theme, the font also gives off that impression as well. The website for this artist is rather simple and I feel it could be more visual, however it displays all of his songs very well and allows you to scroll through all his songs and play each song which I think is a very cool feature for any homepage.
I do really like the blurry image of the artist on the digi pack and I think the colours work really well on the digi pack. With my digi pack I want a little more going on in the imagery but I think the red works really well on the digi pack and personally I feel its very enticing which is what you want with a digi pack.
With my homepage I want it to be slightly more complex and visually attractive. I feel a bright colour like yellow would be perfect for the background image for my homepage as it doesn't clash with many colours and also will make everything which is on the homepage stand out.
I also want to include a merchandise section to my homepage, I want to include it to the actual website rather than having it as a link to click on.
I unfortunately don't have photoshop on my computer but I have an app on my phone which is similar to photoshop, I had a go at making a trial digi pack for my artist song, its very rough but its just a start.
In the song which I'm planning to use the artist talks about confusion and how he's constantly confused which is where the images of the brains come in, the background of a forest adds to this theme of confusion but its also playing on the idea for my music video of the character being lost in a forest.
