Further Development

Last night me and Cameron spent several hours planning the whole video and listing the exact scene and the specific time in the song.
During the last two weeks we have been constantly changing ideas or developing ideas. Last night we  changed the opening of the music video adding a new set which we feel will give the video the extra narrative scene which we needed.
The start of the video will be filmed in a pub, ideally the Hurtwood Inn. Im going to ask the owner on Friday if its okay to film in the pub, as he's a family friend I'm sure we will be able to film in the tub without any problems.
The start of the video will be a beer which covers the majority of the frame. Through the b her you will be able to see our character Jacob walking away from the bar. At this point the beer will be lifted up and the camera will then follow Jacob leaving the pub. As soon as the lyrics start the scene will cut changing to our live performance. The band will be apparent and when the rap comes on a light will shine on our chart per who will be in. a recording box rapping towards the camera. The camera will then come closer towards the main character and then pan around this recording box. After this we will get several shots of the band performing and then the scene will cut and change to the dark sofa/after party setting. Here we will have a sofa and two armchairs either side of the sofa with a small coffee table in front of the sofa. The lighting will be very dark and the character will be rapping into the camera and several girls will be sitting on the sofa showing no interest or acknowledgment towards our character. We are going to a flashback shot when the character turns his head looking at the girls but at this moment it will be the girls drinking partying and when he looks back they will be passed out on the chairs with bottles all around them looking very messy with a different light.
At the end of this shot the camera will change angle and the lighting will change but the set will be the same, it will be a shot of lots of girls partying behind the sofa with our character sitting on the sofa. This will be a short scene which will then cut to a different set.
The next rap is done by a different artist so we are using sam. For this scene we are going to get sam to walk and sit in a bus stop and sit next to our other charter Jacob. Jacob will have his headphones on and show no acknowledgement of sam. Sam will rap his part into the camera and half way through this rap the scene will cut to the pub again. Sam will be the bartender and we will get a shot of him rapping while pouring a pint for someone. The scene will then cut back to the bus stop and he will finish his rap. We will then change back to the live performance of the band and the end of the song will be sam severing Jacob a pint and the shot will then finish focusing on a beer.

Me and Cameron have made a full time log of the whole video which shows what scene will happen and what specific point in the song and the full detail of the whole video.
